About the Job

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tracking spreadsheets monitoring escrow accounts movements/behavior on a daily basis
  • Daily Reporting Escrow account balances aging/fluctuation.
  • Monitor inventory consumptions, ordering, and adjustments and validate inventory daily closing balances and report any variance.
  • Monitor Acquiring banks debit balances settlement. Report any discrepancy
  • Monitor/ validate customer service providers (CSP’s) debit balances and report any variance
  • Validate customer applied fees and merchant fees on daily basis.
  • Validate revenue recognition and allocation on bill type codes and sectors.
Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • S. Commerce/Accounting Major preferred English Dept.
  • 2-4 years Experienced accounting functions in a dynamic organization in the Retail field.
  • Eager to learn and grow in the fast-growing organization.
  • Organized
  • Advanced MS Excel professional user (Super User)
  • Ability to deal with huge data volumes.
  • Professional MS Access User
