Job Description
- Handling all internal and external administration work for Managing director
- Organize MD schedule, and handling all other requests by the M
- Handle all MD’s personal business files
- Handling all communications to and from MD,
- Prepare presentations
- Organize and attend weekly-monthly and yearly management meetings and taking details into minutes
- Following up with another department for all my related requests
- Travel arrangements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree any discipline
- Min 5 years of Experience in the same position
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Fluency in English
- V.Good Communication, relationship building, and organizational skills
- Hard worker and presentable
