Job Description
- Arranging with head of departments to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives summarizing current status and conditions.
- Coordinating with other departments such as Sales and CRM to effect operational efficiency.
- Coordinating with top management the activities of cost operations and departments forecast data for further progress towards stated goals and objectives.
- Directing the finance team in providing procedures and systems necessary to maintain proper records and adequate accounting control.
- Directing and coordinating the establishments of budget reporting programs.
- Planning and preparing forecasted balance sheets, income statements and cash flows.
- Maintaining general ledger accounts, monitoring disbursements on monthly basis, and follow-up accruals and prepayments accounts.
- Review tax return and follow up the clearance of tax position.
- Maintaining and monitoring day-to-day work to ensure correct and accurate data on all accounting application.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- CMA, CFA, MBA or other relevant postgraduate studies.
- Min. 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Real Estate industry background is a MUST
