Job Description
- Represent the company and acts as the primary link between Unicare and the customer.
- Conduct outbound calls to target new customers.
- Arrange meetings with customers to present the company service.
- Handle the client account and follow up their clients' medical plans.
- Reply to clients emails and handle their requirements.
- Renewing the clients' contracts.
