Brand Ambassador

Objective

The IG Club is hiring a brand ambassador. Brand Ambassador is the marketing and sales department point of contact with IG students and parents to increase the awareness of the brand and therefore the sales of the organisation.

Grade: Officer( Level 4)Work type: 20% Technical 30% Marketing 50% Sales

Responsibilities:

• Increase the awareness of The IG Club as a service provider among the IG Community.
• Increase the number of IG Club memberships.
• Ensure building strong relationships with different stakeholders.
• Visit various locations which includes stakeholders attending to deliver The IG Club message.
• Increase sales of various IG Club services which includes IELTS Exam registrations, IELTS Preparation Course signups, Studying abroad counselling, International trips, domestic trips and books purchases
• Produces Invoices for clients and follow up on the collection process.

Tasks:

1-Coordination

• Ensures that information is exchanged between programme staff, partners and other institutions
• Prepares and organises meetings.
• Provide full assistance to other members of The IG Club working on related and relevant projects.

2- Sales

• Is responsible for meeting targets set by organisation leader.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, annual plan and follow up reports on them.

3- Event Management

• Prepares with other work force members company events
• Organises along with the team events.

4- Studying Abroad service sales

• Prepares an annual plan showing with numbers the expected students/parents meetings.
• Prepares an annual plan for advertising for the studying abroad programme.
• Set a target for number of students travelling abroad through The IG Club.

5- Other duties/additional tasks

• Performs other duties and tasks at the request of management, which may not be explicitly mentioned in this job description.
• Substitutes for other administrative staff members during their absence
