Job Description
Major Responsibilities:
- Study Tenders and Prepare Technical & Financial Offers.
- Design the drawings of Compressed Air Stations and Oxygen & Nitrogen Stations.
- Prepare Service & Maintenance Contracts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare Technical & Financial offers for Sales & Service Department.
- Design Air Station, Oxygen & Nitrogen Station in compliance with Technical and Financial specification of Clients.
- Design the drawings of Compressed Air Stations as well as Oxygen & Nitrogen Stations.
- Design required Networks of some Stations.
- Prepare financial offers of spare parts according to requests received from Customers, Services Department and Sales Department.
- Prepare Service & Maintenance Contracts of Air Station, Oxygen & Nitrogen Station according to the requirements received from Sales, Service Department and Customers.
- Study Technical Specification of Tenders’ books and prepare Technical Offers accordingly.
- Make necessary comparison between suppliers’ quotations to reach the best offers.
- Study the Technical Specifications of the machines and equipment received from our main suppliers abroad.
- Searching Equipment’s Catalogues & Internet for required spare parts.
- Responding to various inquiries received from different internal Departments & External Customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanic - Design and Production - Mechatronics)
- 3-5 years’ Experience in a related area.
- Mastering AutoCAD
- Ability to be a self-starter, self-motivated and a team player.
- Strong ability to set priorities.
- Detailed oriented, and ability to work under tight time frames on multiple tasks.
- Outstanding ability to manage and analyzes data to conduct meaningful offers.
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.
- Must have excellent Windows/Microsoft Office (Applications) proficiency.
- Good analysis and interpretation in decision making.
