Job Description
- Improve business processes and supports critical business strategies by supporting core team personnel.
- Perform continuous improvement activities in the areas of process and planning, development of process and performance metrics, and implementation and institutionalization of process tools.
- Responsible for the maintaining and upgrading the SDLC and supporting processes.
- Act as the standards expert at external supplier proposal and review meetings.
- Take the lead for external supplier audits.
- Interface with multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
- Conduct SDLC and tools training.
- Develop documentation, standardized templates and transfer whiteboard sessions into PowerPoint presentations and Visio diagrams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or in a scientific discipline
- Quality professional with 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Quality Assurance activities [ISO 9001:2015, CMMI-SVC / DEV… etc]
- Obtained Quality management system training, preferably in ISO 9001:2015, Six Sigma, CMMI, or Quality Improvement related training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS office
