Job Description
- Prepare and follow up letters of guarantee.
- Prepare and follow up Real Estate Extract.
- Prepare tenant account analysis and reconciliations.
- Prepare tenant billing, move out and lease documentation.
- Reviews and approve tenant credit memos, non-recurring tenant billings and cash receipts.
- Review accounts receivable aging for delinquencies, cash applications and prepaid rent application.
Reconcile bank accounts to general ledger
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required.
- commercial real estate industry required.
- Required age of the advanced accountant From 25 to 30 years.
- Strong computer skills, with a high level of ability with Excel functions, shortcuts and formulas.
- Must possess a good understanding of real estate accounting programs.
- Must possess a good understanding of accounting principles and processes.
- Preferably residents of Nasr City or New Cairo.
