Create channels of communication and build long-term relationships with commercial offices, customers and distributors, including breakers do all the visits and participation in various exhibitions to ensure finding export opportunities for all products of the company and according to plan.
Identify and resolve clients concerns by cooperation with other concerned department.
Prepare sales forecast/plan based on available opportunities evaluation.
Study current market supply Vs. demand which show the gaps, consequently selling opportunities.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information,or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
Provide on-the-job training to new export employees.
Develop and follow up the implementation of the export plan and the annual Export budget.
Develop and follow up the implementation and development of export management system, including the processes and procedures and policies for opening up new markets and customer database and existing target and reports to ensure the proper functioning, development of performance and payment collection.
Take all the necessary decisions and actions to open new markets and increase export within the limits of the company's production capacity.
