You will be responsible for finding, shortlisting, analyzing and prioritizing tenders in the consulting and training domains in Egypt.
You will present the opportunities to senior management, and, once approved, you will complete and submit the proposal for internal review.
To complete the proposal, you will work with and manage a number of local and international stakeholders, subcontractors, and the customer entity.
You will attend pre-bid meetings and correspond with the customer entity as necessary
You will respond to all customer requests and queries in a timely fashion.
All documentation and correspondence will comply with company standards.

You must be fluent written and spoken English, must prove proficiency through a recent TOEFL or IELTS examination
You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in writing proposals to international donor agencies and/or local governmental authorities
You have excellent customer service skills, and master the ability address customer issues and communicate with and manage stakeholders
You pay attention to details and are independent, hardworking, punctual, and self driven.
