Job Description
Group IT Manager
- Take full responsibility for the IT function, including IT operations, infrastructure, applications and project delivery.
- You will lead a medium sized IT team for which you will be required to provide both strong people and technical leadership, plus offering mentor-ship and development support.
- In addition you will be responsible for the ongoing development of the IT strategy and roadmap, aligning it to the organization's dynamic business strategy including the identification of emerging technologies to drive efficiency's across core business operations.
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated track record in delivering significant IT change- such as an ERP implementation.
- Experience leading and managing a diverse IT team across applications, infrastructure and project management.
- The ability to build and maintain effective relationships and to influence at senior C level.
- A technical background/ significant exposure to architecture (ideally in the applications space).
- Liaise with functional areas to establish business requirements and identify, propose, initiate significant improvement programs.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills combined with strong commercial acumen are essential.
