Responsibilities:-
- Keep a stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements etc. for the upper management
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
- Ensuring the office stationery supply is sufficient.
- Assist office members with any administrative work needed.
- Will be responsible for the admin services and facilities tasks; catering and cleaning.
- Manage and track small office budgets.
- Support for small office events (catering, making sure tech is in place etc)
Job Requirements
Job requirements:-
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Good organizational, multi-tasking abilities, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Highly organized and flexible.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- HR knowledge and experience is a Plus.
