Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Keep a stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements etc. for the upper management
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Ensuring the office stationery supply is sufficient.
  • Assist office members with any administrative work needed.
  • Will be responsible for the admin services and facilities tasks; catering and cleaning.
  • Manage and track small office budgets.
  • Support for small office events (catering, making sure tech is in place etc)

Job Requirements

Job requirements:-

  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking abilities, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and flexible.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • HR knowledge and experience is a Plus.
