Job Description

Bosta, a logistics company based in Cairo, helps businesses deliver their packages same day leveraging the latest and greatest using technology and algorithms.

In less than 9 months, we closed 3 rounds of investment with Egyptian and Emirati institutes funding our vision to become the next unicorn in Logistics.

We believe money alone is not what builds a successful brand, but rather the people shaping it for the future. In light of that purpose, we are on a quest to find an HR Recruiter.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges, etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications and conduct interviews
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter. One to two years of HR experience required
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with technical recruiting a plus
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
