Job Description
- Office Duties:
- Lead a team of Architects and Interior Designers.
- Allocate tasks for each team member.
- Monitor schedule of projects submission client's
requirements.
- Review, comment and amend drawings.
- Bill of Quantities initiation and revision.
- Monitor junior Architects and Engineers performance.
- On-Site Duties:
- Monitor several finishing sites.
- Manage Site engineers.
- Allocate Materials, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Make periodic site visits to ensure quality and time
Management.
- Submit Reports to top management.
Job Requirements
- Major: Architecture or Civil Engineering
- 5-10 years Proven Experience as a Projects Manager in Both Finishing site Supervision AND Design office is a must.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong Management skills with solid Architecture and
Interior Design background is a must. - Proven Experience to handle multi-projects at the same
time perfectly (Design and Site Supervision). - Resident of ElSheikh Zayed City or nearby.
- Owns a car is a must.
