Job Description:
- Provide technical support to the engineering team in executive projects.
- Investigate technical aspects and root cause of problems.
- Initiate corrective actions to rectify problems.
- Develop preventative measures to prevent recurrence of problems.
- Ensure meeting of key timing commitments.
- Coordinate with technicians in developing engineering designs.
- Determine product disposition and various technical issues relating to a product.
- Ensure collaborative relationship with manufacturing floor personnel.
- Implement best practices in developing technical solutions.
- Preparation of tender pre-qualification documents by understanding the company work performed experience.
- Complete understanding of Tenders with respect to scope of work, pricing schedule and non-material requirement
- Knowledge of filling the tenders and preparing the requests for bid bonds,
- Complete understanding of Electro-Mechanical drawings and preparing sketches for quotation purpose.
- Capable of preparing the inquiries with proper technical specifications as per the tender and understanding of quotations with respect to contractual requirement.
- Coordination with technical people about the scope of work.
Job Requirements
- BSC degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Power Engineering, Electro-Mechanical (Required)
- At least 5 years of experience in related field (Required)
- Proven working experience in enterprise technical support
- Expert knowledge of AutoCad (Required)
- Expert use of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel) (Required)
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering (Required)
- HAP (Required)
- DUCT SIZER (Required)
- PIPE SIZER (Required)
- PMP (Preferred)
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
