About the Job

  • Assist various departments in their daily tasks, especially HR RECRUITER & PERSONNEL teams
  • Assist the office manager in supervising the other services & admin team
  • Handle the reception of visitors
  • Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, Faxes, telephone, etc.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing Executive regarding all offices’ needs to be purchased.
  • Ensure the office is always tidy and well organized

Job Requirements

  • Gender : Female only
  • Max age 25
  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Experience: 0-1 Years of Experience in the same Field
  • Skills: Business Writing Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Language: very good command of English language skills.
