Job Description
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Ensure an accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
- Provide timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
- Maintain accurate and timely processing of pay transactions.
- Ensure the monthly and quarterly bank compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with the other department managers to support overall company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyse department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Liaise with accounting & taxes advisor to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances.

- Real estate back ground
- Preferably 6 of october or sheikh zayed resident OR Giza.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Fluent English language usage
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
