Job Description
- Collect client data to be reviewed on CRM system, record and distribute to the responsible seller
- Sending available units to the brokers daily
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure that the marketing brokerage campaigns is implemented according to the plan
- Record all the transactions of the sales and cancellation
- Prepare reports clarify the performance of the sales and brokers
- Follow up the financial dues of the brokers with the accounting department
- Verify quality and source of the buyers & no buyers clients by conducting random call to the clients
