Job Description
- Supporting the CEO with L&D processes across all brands that fall under World Business Fitness Group
- Identifying and implementing training/coaching solutions for our clients through needs analysis, consultancy and execution of project management
- Effectively lead an innovative development of learning solution products and services, consulting & designing interventions that achieve clients' business objectives
- Report performance evaluations and best practices for the company's freelance trainers
- Establishing a professional relationship with all key stakeholders the clients, the international partners and the trainers
- Ensuring training resources, learning technologies and standards are adhered
- Maintaining detailed records of assessment results
- Monitoring Projects Dashboard ensuring projects are researched, planned, monitored and completed on time to quality standards
- Providing a high level of consistent support for Administration and Training team as well as coaching and mentoring when required
- Making recommendations on tools & resources such as business simulations, on-line learning resources or distance communication that will continuously improve the management pathways
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar role
- Extensive Training Facilitation and assessment experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Business administration, project management, and consulting experience would be a distinct advantage.

- Fluent written and spoken English
