Job Description
- Establish, develop and maintain client database including regular Contact with all clients
- Prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads.
- Help client to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
- Following up on client’s requests, ensure our clients are satisfied even after closing
- Achieving sales target and executing sales strategies
- Use negotiation tactics as well as sales skills to close property deals.

Job Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in Real Estate, minimum 2 year in commercial real estate.
- Bachelor’s Degree at least
- ” Commercial real estate experience is a must”
- Good command of English (oral & written).
- Very Good knowledge of Windows operating environment, Word, Excel
- Energetic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Presentable, confident, flexible and a good team player.
- Males or Females.
