Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media talented Moderator who can:
- Manage multiple social media accounts, channels, and instant replies to customers.
- Publish and share daily content that encourages community members to take action.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Contribute innovative suggestions to the monthly social plans for every client.
Job Requirements
- Talented fresh graduated, or proven working experience in social media or related field.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Good written communication and presentation skills.(Arabic, English)
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent using MS Office (word, excel, and power-point).
- Got the spirit of teamwork.
- Got a high sense of humour.
- Got a great ability to engage in endless discussions.
- Very committed to punctuality.
- Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Ad-words ads creation (is a plus).
- Got the ability to deal with different client types.
