- Stock Management of related shops.
- Shops reports check list.
- Received total shop Target to reallocate it per agent.
- Follow Target achievement in weekly.
- Follow up shop policy.
- Hiring new comers and Employees rotations.
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
- Ensuring high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
- Additional store manager duties as needed.
Job Requirements
Job Minimum Requirements
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales.
- Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven successful experience as a shop manager.
