Job Description
- Writing, drafting and reviewing company contracts.
- Getting the best possible interest for the company.
- Maintaining the company's contracts and transactions to achieve the purpose of the contracts.
- Maintaining the balance of the contract, making it legally binding and enforceable, far from null.
- Drafting contracts legally, is clear and binding.
- The ability to organize and list ideas in an organized manner and the possibility of establishing links between them, especially in the case of disputes arising from contracts.
- dCovering contract risks, whether legal, technical and administrative risks.
Job Requirements
- 10-15 Years of Experience in Corporate Commercial law. prefer in Manufacturing, Retail & Distribution.
- The skill of analysis, starting from adapting the relationship legally and under what system this contract falls into, up to the details of the parties' obligations, guarantees of implementation of obligations, and the approach that the relationship will legally follow during the validity of the contract or after its end
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Contract negotiations, vetting and drafting
