Job Description
- Review the tasks of contracting, loading and mapping team daily
- Support the contracting team in all aspect of the contracting aspect up to the online system
- Look at the quality of contracting team assigned to him/her
- Monitor to ensure the contracts are properly and accurately uploaded by the loading team
- Provide training to new employees for contracting aspect and online system
- Maintain the operations and contracting requirement by following data program techniques and procedures
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Make regular follow up to obtain further information for incomplete contract
- Resolve discrepancies by using standard procedures or return incomplete contracts to the Contracting Manager
- Respond to the email & phone inquiries and requirements of the suppliers
- Ensure to open credit facilities to every supplier and increase the credit limit
- Conduct rate comparison to ensure that we have the best rates offered in the market
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Supervisor or the Manager
Job Requirements
- Males Only.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in whole contracting, administrative work, and data encoding in the system
- Multi-tasking and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)
- Excellent Problem-solving skills
- Excellent Negotiating skills
