Job Description

  • Meeting Community Marketing to discuss their designs needs.
  • Responsible for meeting & Task management for Art director.
  • Presenting findings of the meetings to the Art Director to be cascaded.
  • Working with designers to devise designs & prioritize it that meet the clients brief.
  • Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.
  • Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the projects, Campaigns, etc.
  • Checking and reporting on the designs progress on weekly & Monthly basis.
  • Receive Media Production plans & align its team.
  • Provide and explain the work order to the Marketing departments.
  • Set and assign tasks on behalf of Art director with due dates.
  • Day-to-day administration duties and tasks.
  • Keep a record of forms and work documents.
  • Monitor & Report manpower issues specially the issues that led to overdue deadlines
  • Avoid the designs errors resulting from poor creative brief.
  • Work according to policy.
  • Inform the departments with any recent changes or instructions.
  • Keep the management updated with the new changes or arising issues
  • Apply the standard specifications in cooperation with Art director, Business improvement and the planning & follow up department
  • Evaluate and review the process.
  • Evaluate Projects milestones and track the due dates & delayed in it.
  • Prepare with designers its updated portfolio for the feedback session
  • Perform duties and responsibilities assigned by higher management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prefer Females
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken the English language.
  • Knowledge of dynamics of international commerce.
  • Analytic skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Organizing and planning skills.
  • Very good computer skills.
