Job Description
- Prepare sales confirmation on behalf of sales and receive purchase order from customers, update incoming order records.
- Communicate with sales & customers for order acknowledgement and fulfillment that covers each link from order entry to delivery, communicate with internal customers on order status and ETA status.
- Prepare purchase order and replenishment order to suppliers.
- Follow up customers' payment schedule.
- Generate the picking list timely，and guarantee the OTD.
- Inform warehouse to pick products and arrange the deliver according to the picking list
- Leverage physical inventory, goods in transit, planning and logistic efforts to meet the service level target or customers' requirements especially for big deals or urgent orders
- Drive for aging inventory consumption to meet write-off and aging FGI target.
- Collect documents (commercial invoice, packing list, e. t. c) for import goods and send to clearance agent.
- Transfer the RMA documents to Finance department timely
- Maintenance the files record in the warehouse.
- Supervise the logistics operation in the warehouse and give suggestion of the continuous improvement
- Coordination with Chinese headquarter and warehouse about any logistics operation problems in the warehouse
- Deal with special customer requirements,complaints and improve region satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- College Education or above with major in Business English, international trade , logistics or supply chain management.
- More than 1 years working experiences ,be familiar with warehouse management, preferable with order execution or customer fulfillment background.
- Good command of English, both in oral and written
- Self-motivated and be enthusiastic about the job in the warehouse environment
- Be familiar with Office software especially Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills with front-end and back-end teams, good at logical thinking and analysis capability with innovative thinking.
- Aggressive to drive business with strong ownership and sense of urgency, customer oriented, fully self-motivated and flexible, hardworking and willing to overtime based on business requirements.
