Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming calls regarding customer requests.
- Provide best possible service to customers to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide proper information to customers with complete & comprehensive understanding of Onecard Products & Services and Policies & Procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints in time & treats them as business opportunities to ensure continuous improvement & development.
- Escalate problems & provides relevant feedback to the right channels.
- Contribute to the cross selling of our Products and Services.
Job Requirements
- Preferred from Nasr city or around.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT field.
- Age not above 25 years.
- Good English both spoken and written.
- Very good computer skills.
- Strong Customer Orientation.
- Strong communication, listening & interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility & ability to work in a team.
- Self-confident with professional behavior & attitude.
