Job Description

  • Handles the attendance of the sales team and report it to the managers.
  • Assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation (e.g.: Leads, agreements, templates, etc.).
  • Coordinates between her team and other transversal departments to support the sales consultants’ needs or the required inputs from sales to other departments.
  • Able to work closely with the Sales team to document the progress of the department and apply Sales/operation tasks and strategy accordingly.
  • Required to produce reports when requested by branch manager or another department.
  • Maintains the sales process within document and application frames to ensure all the mandatory disclosures are completed. (e.g.: returning unsigned properties to agent to sign before making a template).
  • Checks for all initials, signatures and dates before marking the disclosures as complete and filing them.
  • Follows-up with the agents to remind them of missing documents, tasks and deadlines.
  • Manages filing systems, Recording office expenditure and managing the budget of the branch spending and communicate directly with finance to have it ready on monthly basis.
  • Responds to customer inquiries and complaints coming to the branch.
  • Reports all branch needs from stationary to utilities to assure the sales team are supported with all their needs.
  • Occasionally they attend association meetings to receive the latest information on developers’ projects updates.
  • Other assigned tasks as per business need.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in coordination, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to report and present in a clear, concise manner in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with co-workers and work collaboratively
  • Strong prioritizing, organization, problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products with advanced skill in Excel.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
