Sales operations manager with solid experience and achievements in leading a reputable Saudia Arabia based automotive retail and distribution company ,with full capability to lead and manage accounting,financial,and supply chain teams.
Have knowledge and skills to form,train,lead sales team and execute sales operations to achieve sales targets ,maximize revenues and achieve cost efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Solid proven experience as sales operations manager in retail ,wholesale and distribution companies
- Complete mastering of integrated marketing and business research, and analysis.
- Management skills of accounting and finance .
- Full capability of inventory control and supply chain cycle management.
- Management experience regarding hiring, evaluating and leading team staff at all levels.
- Leading daily operations of company and setting controls and tools to achieve targets.
- Proven experience in operations analysis, scheduling, execution .
- MBA holder is a must
- Automotive industry ,tires and batteries distribution experience(preferred)
- Saudi market experience (preferred)
