Job Description
- Handle all Admin tasks related to CEO and GM
- Attending meetings and keep minutes
- Receiving and screening phone calls and customers inquiries
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Make travel arrangements for executive
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
