Job Description

Online-coordinator work with the conference organizers remotely to develop a theme and program for the event.

As an online-coordinator

  • Create the structure of new conferences by making proposals for its key information, location, timing ... etc.
  • Communicate with chairpersons to recommend (speakers and guest editors).
  • Communicate with the professors to decide the topics and programs.
  • Recommend publishers and committee.
  • Receive abstracts, documentation, classifications and revision.
  • Send abstracts to professors for revision.
  • Receive papers and go through the revision process with professors and editors.
  • Payment follow up and final approval communications.

Online Marketing Duties:

  • Create and monitor social media posts for the conference.
  • Communicate with universities to market the conference.
  • Communication with authors, co-author and attendees.
  • Responding to emails, calls and inquiries professionally.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, communications or a relevant field.
  • English fluency.
  • Strong skills in MS Office.
  • Strong communications and negotiation skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Creativity and hard working attitude.
