Job Description
- Support maintaining and improving the implemented ISO management Systems (ISO 20000, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 27001)
- Produce performance and KPIs reports for processes and services
- Support the internal and external audits
- Prepare the Management Review Meeting agenda, and the meeting minutes documents
- Support other teams to take corrective/preventive actions to support the continual improvements for the systems
- Documents & Records control (review, update, control)
- Prepare supplier monitoring reports, customer complaint reports, and customer satisfaction reports
- Support the ISO awareness program, conduct awareness sessions
- Maintain the implemented ISO policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience with IT equipment and systems.
- Systems administration skills and ITIL training
- Good knowledge of Auditing principles
- Knowledge of quality management systems
- Willing to work overtime and long hours on occasion “Hard Worker”
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong Team Player with solid interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills & Time management skills
- Understanding of operations business cycle
