Job Description

  • Answer and direct telephone calls as well as take messages.
  • Meet, greet & direct visitors.
  • Make local and foreign courier arrangements.
  • Monitor the stock of samples and organize its ordering and issuance as per company policies and guidelines.
  • Send attendance reports to the Comp. & Ben. Section Head.
  • File and archive company records.
  • Assist other departments with assigned tasks including photocopying, printing, scanning, scheduling, creating reports, writing summaries, drafting presentations and delivering translation services.
  • Execute all assigned tasks from Business Development manager and participate in covering company events as required.

Job Requirements

  • BA in any related discipline
  • Proficiency in Arabic & English
  • MS Office Skills
  • Communication & Team Work Skills
