Job Description
- Support the HR department in the administration duties.
- Meet Candidates and clients.
- Receive calls on service desk during main working hours.
- Handel the meeting rooms.
- Assign issues to the internal team accordingly to the needed items.
- Generate a weekly and Monthly report to the floor managers.
- Abide to company processes and standards.
- Make suggestions for process improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
