Job Description
- Administration Budget & Petty Cash
- Participation in hiring new employees and termination of the current staff of Administration Department.
- Responsible for the transportation monthly invoices.
- Approving the exist of the Administration Department company cars.
- Follow-up on cleaners, office boys, and drivers in terms of appearance and cleanliness and follow-up on the staff and their transfer between branches.
- Follow-up on all procurement within the branch (consumption of stationary, kitchen material & cleaning materials) such as buffet stock and the staff uniform through the SAP system.
- Follow-up on the cleanliness of the branch in terms of the reception area, offices, warehouse, workshop area, and bathrooms.
- Follow-up all the maintenance work inside the branch and inform the Engineering Department with the needed maintenance and follow up until completion.
- Follow-up on postal traffic within the branch where the daily mail is received and distributed.
- Follow-up on the "transfers and medical approvals - follow up on the contract renewals - activation of access cards - procedures of resignation"
- Receiving any problems related to the staff within the branch and directing it to the concerned department and follow up until the problem is resolved.
- Responsible for booking the conference room within the branch.
- Coordinating and preparing the meeting room for meetings.
- Follow-up on employees vacation permits and submitting them through the Human Resources System and follow up on their approval.
- Motivating administration staff and making their annual assessment and motivating them to work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration
- 4-6 years of experience
- Alexandria Resident is a MUST
