Job Description

  • Receive and process end users incoming calls.
  • Enter customer data into prescribed database software.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution “if the outbound and follow up available according to the project”.
  • Act as the company gatekeeper.
