Job Description
- Receive and process end users incoming calls.
- Enter customer data into prescribed database software.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution “if the outbound and follow up available according to the project”.
- Act as the company gatekeeper.
