Job Description
- Study and operate GstarCAD software solutions offered by the company to reach full understanding.
- Test new versions ,updates and new service packs to identify added features and solved technical problems.
- Respond to technical problems raised by customers.
- Coordinate response with technical support of foreign partners.
- Provide technical assistance to customers during test trials and coordinate response with sales account manager.
- Support customers in software installation or during testing.
- Prepare and verify product CDs with the latest contents.
- Test each and every product CD before packing or delivery.
- Full responsibility of packing materials from design to printing to packing at the highest quality levels.
- Report activities and keep record of :
- Trial customers
- Solved technical problems in detail
- Outstanding technical problems in detail
- Monthly installations /upgrades
- Field activity
Job Requirements
- Education : Technical degree preferably Engineering
- Experience: 2-5 Years with AutoCAD drafting /support
- Good command of English language
- Age : 25-32
- Address : preferably Maadi
- High communications skills
