Job Description
- Establish, direct and lead a Performance Management & Rewards Centre of Excellence across the company
- Responsible for the design, implement and monitor performance management program
- Develops and manages recognition and incentive programs for high potential employees
- Plan and formulate rewards and performance strategies aligned to company KPIs
- Annual incentive design and metrics to drive performance of the business
- Design of base pay systems and modelling tools capabilities to manage performance related pay
- Consolidate the monthly reports for submission to Top Management.
- Draft a communication plan in coordination with Personnel Team
- Handling all Social Insurance Issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
- 5 years of HR experience, of which minimum 10 years progressively responsible experience in a Performance Management, C&B / Rewards functions, preferably a corporate level role.
- Experience in FMCG industry is must.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Broad understanding of compensation theory, methodologies and practices.
- Good understanding of tax and accounting implications of compensation, equity and benefit programs.
- Strong Knowledge of Performance and Reward Management tools and techniques.
- Work experience in Hay or Mercer would be an advantage
