Job Description

  • Establish, direct and lead a Performance Management & Rewards Centre of Excellence across the company
  • Responsible for the design, implement and monitor performance management program
  • Develops and manages recognition and incentive programs for high potential employees
  • Plan and formulate rewards and performance strategies aligned to company KPIs
  • Annual incentive design and metrics to drive performance of the business
  • Design of base pay systems and modelling tools capabilities to manage performance related pay
  • Consolidate the monthly reports for submission to Top Management.
  • Draft a communication plan in coordination with Personnel Team
  • Handling all Social Insurance Issues

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree preferably in Finance or Accounting
  • 5 years of HR experience, of which minimum 10 years progressively responsible experience in a Performance Management, C&B / Rewards functions, preferably a corporate level role.
  • Experience in FMCG industry is must.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Broad understanding of compensation theory, methodologies and practices.
  • Good understanding of tax and accounting implications of compensation, equity and benefit programs.
  • Strong Knowledge of Performance and Reward Management tools and techniques.
  • Work experience in Hay or Mercer would be an advantage
