Job Description

  • Assists the commercial Director with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative help.
  • Managing an active calendar of appointments.
  • Completing expense reports & composing and preparing correspondence.
  • Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries & agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Communicates with the staff on the CD's behalf.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the office administration work.
  • Very good in English
  • Females only
  • Microsoft efficiency ( power point is a must)
  • Presentable with high level of professionalism.
