Job Description
- Supervise production team ensuring key success factors are met.
- Develop production plans and measure team performance to production goals.
- Assure adherence to departmental, plant, and organizational policies and procedures.
- Arrange with the production and quality departments to finalize samples of the agreed designs.
- Review production schedules, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing procedures and activities.
- Recommend methods for improving utilization of materials.
- Recommend and implement changes in process or methodologies.
- Make production reports and equipment lists.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or Applied Arts or relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in furniture factories as a production engineer with a minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Deep knowledge of furniture manufacturing process.
Language & Computer Skills:
- Very good command of English.
- AutoCAD professional user.
- Very good in using Microsoft Office.
- Prior knowledge of ERP systems (preferred SAP system).
