Job Description
- Control over the various operating stages and put controls and policies that develop and help to make Maximum Profit for the Company
- Check and audit all records of financial transactions for the Establishment using System or Manual
- Recording, classifying and summarizing of daily financial transactions
- Auditing salaries and payroll monthly and calculating additions and deductions on staff dues
- Ratifications on all balances and movements of General accounts (accounts receivable – accounts
- Payable - etc.) and the preparation of the necessary adjusting entries and review the statements of bank accounts and the preparation necessary Reconciliations to show the differences between the actual balance and Bank Statement (if any)
- Compile reports to show statistics, such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business.
- Ensure timely classification and recording of assets and work out adjustments to re-evaluate (add, exclusion or depreciation).
- Analyzes accounts, as required, and make the monthly closings sheets and Reports up to date to be basic for the Annual Closing Sheets ( Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Follow & etc ).
- To accomplish all that is required by the General Administration and coordinates with other
- Departments of the Company to provide their requirements of procurement and others.
- Develop financial plans and budgets and the establishment of documentary and accounting cycle
- And accounting manual preparation Chart of Account and processing of various operating loopholes.
