Job Description

  • Managing incoming customer inquiries via social media public or private channels and e-mails .
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Make sure that all customers issues are handled .
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Quick and accurate typing skills .
  • Social media expertise is highly preferred .
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively .
  • GDS knowledge (Amadeus - Galileo - Sabre) is preferred .
