Job Description

  • Assisting & organize the meetings
  • Responsible for the communication between the Direct Manager and the company members
  • Organizing the office and equipment
  • Follow up on a certain tasks according to the Managers request
  • Check the email box and calendar
  • Check if there is any information have to deliver
  • Managing the meetings during the day 8. being ready to receive new tasks or to handle any changes
