Job Description
- Assist in the day to day operation and management of the company cars.
- Provide administrative back up to the facilities team as and when required.
- Track vehicle/equipment mileage and operating hours.
- Schedule maintenance and repair work.
- Assist with vehicle titles and registrations.
- Prepare transfers and pay fuel invoices.
- Obtain and record Purchase orders.
- Time entry and tracking.
- Enter and file repair orders.
- Obtain permits and dispatch.
- Perform daily supervision on the housekeeping and security teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any field.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
- Requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Must be able to work with limited supervision.
- This position requires a positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
