Job Description
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Responsible for developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Responsible for assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Responsible for recruitment, induction and training of receptionists
- Review of existing standards and procedures while implementing new best practices to ensure a seamless delivery of reception services
- Review the uniform requirements and source new suppliers if needed
- Ensure reception is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree Business Administration or any relevant field
- Not less than 5 years' experience as Administrative Services Manager with hands on experience as Reception Manager
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and CRM system
- Very presentable
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills.
