Job Description

  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
  • Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Responsible for developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Responsible for assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Responsible for recruitment, induction and training of receptionists
  • Review of existing standards and procedures while implementing new best practices to ensure a seamless delivery of reception services
  • Review the uniform requirements and source new suppliers if needed
  • Ensure reception is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree Business Administration or any relevant field
  • Not less than 5 years' experience as Administrative Services Manager with hands on experience as Reception Manager
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office and CRM system
  • Very presentable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills.
