Job Description
*Note: Work location is Almaza Bay- Marsa Matrouh
Tasks include but not limited to:
- Supervise facility central services such as security, cleaning, waste disposal and parking
- Supervise cleaning, upkeep and safety standards are maintained inside the compound.
- Inspect buildings’, villas, and public areas structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
- Oversee and supervise team of maintenance technicians
- Execute equipment audits and record-taking policies
- Respond to client’s request/ complaints and coordinate with all concerned parties to solve them and to ensure delivery schedules, quantity and quality criteria are met.
- Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency
- Coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers
Job Requirements
- Facilities management of real estate compounds – North coast experience is preferred.
- Effective service monitoring and follow up with all contractor & service providers with good experience in using KPI’s & SLAs.
- Effective experience in electro-mechanical equipment operation & maintenance (Electrical is preferred)
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
