Job Description
Creative Interior Designer
- Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project
- Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts
- Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
- Prepare final plans, using computer applications
- Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
- Inspecting and surveying buildings
- Researching and drawing up rough plans
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 yrs experience
- Strong portfolio containing creative and high quality designs
- Interest in architecture and interior designs
- Good at keeping up date with latest software , techniques and work flows
- Attentive to details and strong work ethic
- Good time management skills , delivering work on time and to a high standard
- Fluency in English
- Good communication skills
- Can work on projects alone or as a part of a team
Technical requirements :
- Advanced knowledge of 3D Max , Vray Materials , Lights , Textures and rendering
- Advanced knowlodge of Adobe Photoshop - creating textures and post work and presentation
- Good Knowlodge of Autocad
- General knowlodge of Microsoft Office.
