Job Description

  • We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues.
  • \We are interested in hiring individuals from any nationality with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions to help our customers with their flights, hotels and other travel plans.

About the job:

  • Represent the company and become an effective member to the organization’s success
  • Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
  • Make outbound calls to solve our customers’ requests with our partners
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
  • Assist our customers with their flight plans, hotel bookings, car rentals and travel packages
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company

Job Requirements

  • Previous call center experience, preferred in an airline or OTA with a minimum of 3 years
  • Multilingual in Arabic and English .
  • Previous experience in the gulf area with excellent knowledge of the region culture
  • Thorough knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus GDS with the ability to make bookings, issue tickets, itinerary changes and ticket re-issuance
  • Excellent knowledge of airlines policies, baggage regulations and airport codes
  • Previous experience in handling hotel bookings, Train bookings, car rentals and travel packages requests
  • Good Computer skills such as Microsoft Office and Internet with fast word processing and typing skills
  • Must be interactive, customer service oriented person with cheerful and positive personality
  • Must be self-motivated and able to handle work pressure
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Capable to work in shifts including over-night shift
